I am a Freelancer based in Kenya. I am using PayPal for the first time. I have received some payment for the online work I do but I am a bit worried since I have stories about that PayPal rejecting, withholding, or delaying some payments. I would really like to know what kind of payment that PayPal may choose to reject, withhold, or dela. And is there a limit for the first payment in PayPal? Please help.
