I am trying to pay for a subscription using PayPal and my account has sufficient credit but will not take the payment.

If you're still running into issues making that payment, You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
