I use aramex shop and ship and i am a resident of UAE i am trying to shop from hollister and have my credit card linked with my paypal. But whenever i try to place my order and ship it to my USA address , and when it redirects me to paypal, my paypal says that my card has mo funds although it has sufficient amount of funds available. My card is verified too but i still dont understand why it keeps on happening again and again please help me out that how do i resolve this
