i bought something from a website and paypal said that the payment failed but it took money from my credit card twice i contacted the merchant and they said they didnt recieve any money.
The transactions should be pending as authorizations on your card which holds the funds for the merchant to claim or void, this is standard practice and it will expire and drop off if the merchant can't claim payment since the order failed. Give a week, up to 30 days to expire. Beyond 30 days, contact your card to have them void it.
