Payment error

I received an email for a settlement, but when I click to claim the money I get this message, “Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.” Am I doing something wrong?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues claiming a payment. I recommend first clearing the cache and cookies from your web browser, or trying another browser all together. If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend trying the steps in the following Help Center Article under the Unclaimed/Pending heading: Why was my payment denied, refunded, or unclaimed?
