Payment did not register

Has anyone experience this problem? My customer paid through paypal and it did not register. We did not receive any notifications from our domain provider and paypal. My customer has checked her bank account with funds deducted. 

 

I need some help as I've contacted paypal but to no avail. Has anyone experienced this issue as well?

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear your customer's payment wasn't completed. In this situation, it would be best for the customer to get in touch with our customer support team. Our teams can be reached by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. I hope this can be resolved!
