Payment denied

It’s over 7 days now I’m trying to send payment with my PayPal balance but it’s going thru....I contacted PayPal customer services they said it should be working in 2 days time but nothing works.

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency?

Is it an international transaction?

Have you done this?


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
