Hi I am using 2devices ,and I am from malaysia ,my PayPal was linked with my Facebook ,so in case I when to oversea and I need to purchase something can direct to used my PayPal account for transactions,but now I have an issue that PayPal keep request me to verifly my bank card , after the verify following need , but have the error say my card can’t used or something.
