I still receiving an errors everytime im trying to make a payment it said that they can't process my payment cause there's an issue in my account,but i didn't see anything wrong in my account,and the last thing when i am trying to cash in on my gcash using PayPal they also keep declined i have my PayPal Balance so what's the problem with that.What should i do with this kind of situation? Please help
