I have made a purchase on 1st of January and I made the mistake of using paypal.
The associated card has been charged, the money is gone from the account, but during payment, paypal rejected my payment due to a country difference?! Can't remember the exact error message. When I logged into my paypal webapp, there was a notification, that my payment is pending and will show up on my bank statement within a couple of days - this is gone by now. In the activities menu there are zero entries and I cannot open a direct ticket to the support either.
It has been a week since and the merchant did not receive the money, paypal shows 'no activity' and my payment has not been refunded (as it failed, I'd expect, that it should be). How should I proceed and how can I open an official support ticket without 'an activity'?
