Payment claimed but not showing up in Paypal Transaction activity/ History!

Hi members, I members I am using Paypal for the first time. I received a payment three days back and I  claimed it, but its been three days I don't see anything in my PayPal account. It says ''No transaction history or activity. 

Please can someone suggests what should I do?

Your inputs will be helpful for me.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

To receive Paypal payments in your country read the below link. HOWEVER I think the option to receive local + inr payments in your country has recently been stopped.
