Recently an email came from paypal informing that i have received a payment of $11. It asked me to claim the money and I have claimed it too. Finally I was shown that the money was claimed and it was in my paypal account. When I checked my account there is no single trace of that transection. I tried to call the customer care phone number too but they are unavailable. Not sure what to do next! I've tried everything from my side.
