I wanted to make payment for one udemy online course but I got this reply "Sorry, but your MasterCard <removed> was declined. Please add another debit or credit card to complete your purchase." What could be the problem?
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
