Hello I want to report a refund issue. I was getting paid by a buyer of INR 1900 but my email was not confirmed so PayPal cancelled that payment I contacted the customer care they replied that refund will be issued within a week its been more than 12 days now no refund was issued and I am not getting any kind of support from customer care.
