Payment cancelled into my account was cancelled when I put my confirmation code

Hi

I received an email from PayPal stating I have received a payment and that I must enter a confirmation code

this I did but after I entered the confirmation code the payment was cancelled 

how do I get my money?

If you hadn't verified your account then the sender of the payment probably had a cancel option on their paypal account which they used before you verified.
