Payment cancelled automatically

Hi,

I sent a payment request to my client in Singapore. She made the payment but in some time I got a mail that the payment was cancelled by the client. But she told she has not cancelled the payment. I dont know what is wrong. My bank account is still not verified. It will take another 2 or 3 days. I thought the amount shall be stored in my paypal balance. Now I am not sure If I can resend payment request or not. Please help.
