Hello, I have such a gap as an unsuccessful authorization. I ordered cosmetics via the sephora website and it canceled my order, but authorization has been written on the paypal website for 5 days already. I want my money back because the site canceled my order and sent me a mail.
Is it showing as pending on your paypal account? If so then if the company have cancelled then they won't capture that pending authorisation and it will time out 30 days post payment.
