Hi. For last month I have issue with company PayPal. When I'm trying to send money to this specific email I'm getting message that "your payment method doesn't working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank". But when I'm using this my account to send money to friend account its not issue and payment going trough. Asked few times PayPal support but no luck with solution. Help please!!
