Hello, a business (company) from the USA is trying to send me the money via PP. But they get the message "Sorry, this payment can't be completed due to regulations. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer support."
I live in Bosnia, and I have PP since 2016. I have used it for buying online, but I have never received money via PP, this is the first try. I currently don't have a credit card connected to the PP, but I read that even people who had their bank accounts connected to their PP, had the same message (problem).
