Why have I been charged every single transaction from friend and family? I'm not a business account and have my preferences set to receive payments from friends and family. Im not a seller
If you are selling items or services then you would pay a fee regardless of which account type you have.
The only way to receive friends/family payments are via a paypal.me link OR the sender choosing to pay that way.
However don't use that option for selling anything as paypal randomly check those payments and if they think you are using it to negate paying your seller fee your account could be banned.
