Payment approval time

I would like to know the payment approval time of Paypal. Usually, payment companies have specifc pages to answer that question with information like:

If you pay using a credit card the time to approval is: 1 to 3 days
if you pay using your balance the time to approval is: 3 to 4 hours 

I would like to know these time information of Paypal because I couldn't find it anywhere.

Not sure how anyone would know that for every country in the world.

Also if you mean processing times for payments then that would differ bank to bank and card to card.
