Hi there I've got big problem. Always when i buy anything on ebay and making payment via PP my payment has status 'pending' for few days till i cancell them. Of course money from bank account gone. If i make second payment for same seller - will be done now. It's horrible cause i need to pay 2 times for one thing and waiting few weeks for refund from cancelled payment. I don't have enough money to do this way all the time. PP won't response me. Anyone know what to do?
