I have been told to accept a payment to pay pal and there is an accept or decline next to the transaction but via the app there is not. It says I have received the payment- although though it is not in my sterling balance - and is in euros - how do I get this into my balance sonIncan transfer to my bank?
Accept the payment through the website because the app may not have certain features, and PayPal will convert it to GBP for you so you can transfer to your bank.
