Payment acceptance

How do I prevent payments from automatically being added to my account? I no longer see the option to accept or deny a payment and I would like to have it back that way. Can anyone help?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! 

In general, you only have the option to manually accept a payment when the payment remains unclaimed. Usually, this only happens if the payment is sent to an email address that is not confirmed on your account or if the amount is sent is a currency not added to your PayPal balance. In every other case, you do not have the option to accept or refuse payments are amounts are automatically added to your account when a payment is sent to you.
