Payment Status: UNCLAIMED

Hello 

Im new to PayPal so please help me.

A seleron Aliexpress has to refund me some money and ask if i had a Paypal Account so i created one. She says that the Transacton is done On April 8, and at the photo that send me as a proof says that the PAYMENT STATUS IS UNCLAIMED

BUT i didn't get any notifications and email. so i verified that my email, card ande cellulare are correct. when i search for the Transaction ID, i cant find any info.

BUT i also see something suspicious, The GROSS AMOUNT is not what it should be, but -4.30 USD

And the Shipping Adress of the seller is UNCONFIRMED

Can somebody explain what is happening, is here some problem or what??

Welcome to our PayPal community!

I can see by your profile that you are in Albania. You will find the conditions you need to fulfil to receive payments on Albanian accounts here. 

It is more than likely you still haven't confirmed a Visa card on your account.

In regards, to the amount received it would seem that a fee has been charged for the payment received. OUr fee structure can be found here.
