I have enquired about buying a digger advertised on eBay. Usually I'd view any vehicle before buying but the seller is away and assures me if it arrives and is not as described I can get my money back. The method of doing this is to pay in to a holding account and it is only released to the seller when I accept delivery.
I have then received this email below with payment request, asking me to pay into a PayPal representative bank account assigned for this transaction and all the links take me to my live chat - which I'm supposed to log in to so that I can set up a payment........
It doesn't seem real to me, instead taking me away from pay-pal.
