Hi, I recently have a problem with my business online store. When customers are trying to pay, their cards are not accepted. I have personally tried too and I received the same message Saying the card can not be accepted. I never had a problem paying with this card before. Could you please help me, fixing this matter as soon as possible? I have contacted my online store, but apparently is more a setting on Paypal.
