Payment Refund

Hi everyone,

I asked someone to send me money, but instead of transferring to my Canada PayPal, she sent the money to my Australian PayPal. The payment is currently pending. My question is that if I refund the payment, is she gonna receive the full amount? Is PayPal going to charge me for this?

Depends which paypal option she used to send the funds.

Depends on if there were any currency or cross border fees.

Depends on what funding source she used to fund the payment.
