Hi, I have a big problem with robbery from one person via paypal. I have a server where people can play online and buy VIPs for which they get some advantage in the game. This **bleep** bought a VIP week played for its benefits and suddenly he wants the money back with the fact that unfortunately paypal allows him this, so now I have a paypal account in the red. The only thing I'm currently seeing is that the transaction is suspended. I don't know how I can defend myself..I have even written on the website that the payment is non-refundable, as is the case with internet payments.
