Payment Receved but it was Denied

i was testing my check out and use my paypal account to pay my new paywal acc but i did not recieve any money. i got an email in my old account that it was pending and my new account was Denied payment. what should i do?

Maybe because you can't buy from yourself if you are doing a live testing of the checkout and the PayPal system denied the payment for security reasons. Perhaps you can test with sandbox account.
