Hello Community,
I am having an issue with my payment that I somehow cannot receive.
What Happened?
I sold my smartphone via an online platform and sent it via courier service. When I ask this person for payment then he told me to pay by PayPal. He sent me this receipt (image ONE),
So I thought I have to send the product first and then I have to reply to this email with the tracking number. So, I did, and after 2 business days I have contacted the same person regarding the payment update, then he sent me the one more email (image TWO)
And this email is in my SPAM mailbox. So I don't know to whom should I contact? How can I contact PayPal team so that I can verify whether this is a genuine user or not?
