Someone paid me through Facebook Messenger. It came through to Paypal, but I can find it anyway. I see it on Paypal's end, but it isn't in my Paypal balance, or my bank account. Where did it go or how do I transfer it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
