Payment Problem

My bank account is linked and the status is confirmed, as soon as I try to make payment it shows add bank account again and no option to select my bank for the payment???

 

Help needed

I had the same problem also, and when i added another card, it does nothing and payment did not push through..

In general, our system reviews every payment before it's completed and sometimes, for security reasons, a payment method may be made unavailable. Unfortunately, we would not be able to manually change the security setting but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
