I am from India.
I work for Usertesting online.
I received an email from Paypal stating my payment is pending and asked me to confirm my bank details.
I confirmed my bank account. But paypal now says there is no transactions in my account and I am not getting my payment.
Also, Usertesting states the payment was returned. But this was not 30 days unclaimed, it all happened within just a day.
Is there any specific process to be completed to get overseas payment?
I am unable to find the transactions and loosing my money.
Please help.
