Payment Pending

I sent money to someone overseas and it’s still saying the payment is pending on their end even though it shows on my end that money was taken out of my card

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
6. Pending awaiting authorisation.

What country did you send the payment to and what currency.

it says the payment was sent! so option 4. he did just sign up for paypal so could that be the reason why it’s saying pending on his end?

Hope its a real 'friend' because it sounds as if you sent the funds using the friends/family payment?

Can you confirm that and if so how you funded the paypal payment.

ahh yes it is lol. they’ve been sending me screenshots of everything that’s been happening on their end and i sent it through f&f
