On the 8th November, I made a payment for an item. The money left my bank account on the 11th November and PayPal is still showing it as pending. What is going on? I understand that it sometimes takes a few days but the money left my account on the 11th and it is currently the 22nd. I need that payment to go through urgently. What can I do?
