Payment Pending/Shopify. FAQ says to update account activity with tracking info, but it's not there.

As the title says, I have an order that is pending, paid through PayPal Express.

 

My info on PayPal lines up with the info on the Shopify account (same email address, etc.)

 

The FAQ page for this says to update account activity with tracking info and the payment will be processed once the delivery is made. However, the payment is not in my account activity, so I can't do that.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed?

 

Tried the Resolution Center but on every browser, it kicks me back to the account activity page when I click it. How convenient. 🙄
