Payment Not Recieved

My Friend lives in America and I live in India and my Friend sent me $15 to me through PayPal but when I see my PayPal Account it is showing that Your wallet is empty. And I have not even linked my Card. So what could be the reason? Please Help

How long has it been since it was sent? It may just take a day or so if they used a checking acct.

1. Have you added dollars as a receiving currency on your Indian paypal account?

2. Have you set up your account to receive funds as there are special requirements in your country? Read link.

3. Is it showing as completed on your friends account and how did he send it only the friends / family option i don't think is available in your country.
