A client of mine sent payment PayPal pay by phone/email. I went to the link that was sent to me by PayPal to claim the funds. I entered my information, and it said the funds were now received into my account. This was on Saturday 9/12/2020, fast forward to today, no such activity shows on my account, a services rep very briefly responded to my inquiry{immediately closing the message conversation after} saying that there was no record of said transaction. WTF is going on over there at PayPal. For a company that only offers an online service, they can't even get that to work?
