I bought a prepaid phone card but it has not processed & wont be paid from paypal for days.I need phone card now.Have contacted company & explained cancel it.How do i cancel my payment w/paypal since its on hold?
You won't be able to cancel a payment/order or receive a refund without opening a dispute to communicate with the seller first. When you contacted the company, did they say they were going to cancel it? If so, PayPal will ensure the refund is initiated. Depending on your funding source, it can take 3 - 5 days for the refund to apply to your financial's balance.
