hello, on Sunday at 12:45 PM, I just paid $10.4 on a website (homeworkmarket.com) via PayPal with my card (without logging in with PayPal) and after the payment was done and withdrawn from my card, I got an error message on the website that a problem occurred after payment and it was not done successfully (but didn't receive any email or anything, only the withdrawn message from my bank). Now, what should I do now that I want to issue a refund??
