Payment Isn't received

I send fund to my friend and he didn't received the money in he's account why this happened can you please check.

When someone received a payment they almost immediately receive a notification via email. Please ensure you send the funds to the correct email address and check that the recipient has confirmed their email address in order to receive payments.
