Hello. I was trying to send some money to another person, but the payment has been declined. The message says this. "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." It happened, because of COVID-19.
In the next day, I was trying to send some money to the same person, but the payment has been declined. And, the message says that they cannot complete my payment at this time.
