Payment Failure

Good day all, I have a verified account with paypal, I have been trying to send payment to Malaysia for some time now with no success, I kept getting a notification that I should try later, what could have caused this issue? and how soon can it be resolved, I need to send that money as soon as possible.

Hi @eoduroye,

I'm sorry to hear that the payment that you're trying to make has been declined. Declines can happen for a few different reasons. Is the problem persisting? If so, troubleshooting can be done via phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in for the number to call or call as a guest if there are issues logging in.
