Payment Failure

Hi there,

I live in South Africa and I have been trying to make a payment of $50 to America. It keeps saying that it can't make the payment at this time and I don't know why. I have tried numerous credit and debit cards and none of them are working. Please could you advise me on what I need to do. Thank you Sarah <removed>

I'mn sorry to her that a payment you're trying to make will not go through. There can be multiple reasons for this. Please contact PayPal customer service by phone for real-time troubleshooting and assistance. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in or call as a guest.
