I tried paying for an item using my SBI Debit card (INDIA) but it shows payment failure even after OTP verification. The same card was use for purchase in ebay since 2015.
On contacting the bank they said there were no issues at the end and advised me to take up the issue with paypal. I tried contacting them but they haven't replied to my query even after 2 days.
Any solutions regarding the same? I am worried I might miss out on the item
