Today i tried to pay an invoice of $51 via paypal and its debited successfully from my card/bank. But the transaction details are not recorded in paypal log. For this how can i get the refund or make the transaction in successful.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
