Payment Dispute Refund "Cancelled"?

Hello,

In November I disputed a payment as I did not receive the item. The seller closed the claim in my favour

I later received an email saying that the cheque to pay for the refund was declined, and they will attempt to process it later. However, this never occurred.

When I go on the payment details page of the refund, it says the refund was cancelled.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back? It's been over a month and it is also a substantial amount.

If you paid with credit card, file a dispute with them.

Contact customer services and say you 'won' the dispute but the refund from the seller failed and you want it re-opened.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
