Hi! A payment made to me by Chegg via transaction Id #3H998593JL4396941 was cancelled by paypal saying my email is not confirmed. But it is confirmed, and it was before the payment was made to me. I contacted Chegg again, but they said the payment went through from there end. What do I do?
