So i haven t linked my credit card or bank account to my paypal. I made this paypal just to receive a transaction of about 40$ and pay something online. Can i do it (i don t want to do any more transactions and don t want to link credit card/ bank account) Ps: miss me with the automated " it s paypal s form of verification"
You 'may' be able to do a few transactions from your balance OR paypals security will kick in and ask you to add a card to verify your paypal account and act as a back up funding source first.
